Was there a signed delivery slip from who received it? If so there would be record of it being received. If not it was delivered than more than likely stolen Another question if it was insured then you get your money back
We had to rent a P.O. box because they consistently gave my nail to someone else with a similar street name and same number. The final straw was when they gave my RXs to the other person.
The post office said that they will talk to the mail carrier. To see if they may have put it into the wrong box and it was delivered on December 3rd. They say that they are looking into it but doubt it. I didn't get a option for a sign delivery when I ordered it or a warranty 😢 It had my step son's name on the back of it. I'm really upset!!! The post office manager said if they can't find out what happened to it then I will have to file a lost or stolen claim online!!!
