How come when I get certified mail, the mail lady never comes to my door to have me sign? She just leaves the "sorry we missed you" notice in the box. I literally see her at the mail Boxes, and pulls off. She never makes an attempt to knock on my door? I'm literally 12ft away from the mailboxes. Why does she do that? Is that what they're supposed to do? Do you know how frustrating that is?
