They do accept walk-ins. Appointments can only be made for certain circumstances.
You are better off making an appointment but generally it will be in a few weeks. You can walk in but you may wait 2 to 3 hours and then be told you need to make an appointment. We found it to be preferable to drive to Marion's office and get served much quicker.
