Contact the DNR for park stickers
You can also go online and purchase a sticker through the Wisconsin state parks website. They have really limited hours that they're there and they're rarely posted.
most of the state parks in the Dane county area have someone that can give you the sticker
I have a paper registration that expires soon
You can get a sticker when someone is there but they also have a self registration and they will send you the sticker.
Not sure where around there you can get a sticker.
