Female dogs 1-64 pounds are $95. 65-85 pounds are $115. Greater than 85 pounds $135. Tail trims are done on all dogs during recovery and it doesn't cost extra. If your dog doesn't have a rabies shot it will be an additional $7. If she does have a current rabies vaccine you will need to bring the rabies certificate at the time of surgery (they won't accept the tag as proof) otherwise she will be given a rabies vaccine as it is required by law. Their only location is on E Livingston Avenue.

The dog spay is $95, plus $10 for the pain medication and $5 for the plastic cone that we will send home. There is no charge for the nail trim if the pet is already sedated for surgery. If your dog is between 65 and 85 pounds, there will be a $20 fee, and if your dog is over 85 pounds, there will be a $40 fee. If you do not provide current proof-of-rabies-vaccination papers for her at check-in, we would be required to administer a rabies vaccine for $7. If she has live fleas or lice, there will be a $5 fee for treatment.

If you receive SNAP assistance the Franklin County Humane Society will do spay/neutering plus rabies, pain meds, microchipping and give you the cone they need for recovery for FREE!
