Does the boat have air-conditioning

They do have an enclosed downstairs area with air conditioning. As well as a concession area that is air conditioned.

Yes, the interior of the boat is climate controlled, but remember that once you get to the island, there is nothing but outside.

Yes inside,very nice and good food :) cold drinks even cold beer :)

Your on a wide open boat that is covered no need for AC

Only where the food is sold. Seating is limited in this area, and gets crowded with kids
