This place is amazing. I got diagnosed with severe OSA and needed a CPAP pronto. I almost got into a car accident with my two small children from lack of sleep, was having severe brain fog, headaches, and changes in my vision. Aerocare told me they could get me a CPAP in ten days because I had just missed their order so I had to wait for the next round. However, in the meantime they put me on their cancellation list which is prioritized by severity of OHA. I got a call the next day from a woman named Robbie Hall saying they had a cancellation, but all their appointments were booked, BUT a technician named Kevin was willing to open early to come and see me at 0800. Robbie stayed at work late to get all my paperwork straight for me, then the next morning started working before her scheduled time at 0700 making phone calls to my doctor and calling people she knew at my clinic personally so they could get me in by 0800 the same day. She called me at 0730 saying she sent over everything I needed and I should be good to go. I arrived at Aerocare at 0800 and the staff let me in EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE CLOSED to see Kevin. He got me fixed with a CPAP and was very kind. I could have been swept under the rug, but these people cared enough to put my health first and work outside of business hours to help me. That’s customer service. I will order all my supplies from them now and will recommend them in the future to anyone I know looking to get a CPAP.

RUN as far as you can from AeroCare (Medlogic/Grace) Customer service is the worst. IF I could give a lower rating I would. My order 3 months ago was a disaster with them telling me after 2 weeks of waiting and me calling them to inquire that they did not have the RX from Dr. I called my Dr who said they had sent it 2x and gave me the date and time it was sent. I called back and they said they do not have it. I explained I was changing companies. I got a call within 5 mins from the manager who said he had found the rx in another system? They shorted me 1 cushion. When my dog ate a cushion I called to see if I could stop by and pick one up. They told me no but the manager would call me. Still waiting. Being gracious I wanted to give them another chance so I would not have to start over with new company. Again it has been 2 weeks since I ordered and I have left messages to please call me. Last message I told them I was changing suppliers. I have not been able to use my bipap for 2 weeks because the cushion that I am using is old and doesn't seal. This is a medical device that I evidently need so why do they hold it for so long. Don't care I guess. How hard is it to be professional enough to return calls? I guess they are so big now they don't feel the need to take care of the customer.

I don't know how much the CPAP filters are. But I know they can ship them to you. I don't work for medlogic I just get my supplies from them.
It will make a squeal air sound. The app is not perfect has some bug issues and needs serious hot fixing
I was released from Singing River hospital at 9pm with only 2 portable oxygen tanks & they sent someone to bring me in Ocean Springs a portable oxygen machine to carry around as well as a home oxygen machine for when I sleep at night. & showed me how they operated. It was well after their business hrs & a Sunday to boot. So yeah they got 5stars would've been 100stars! So take your snarky attitude and go troll underneath a bridge! You get 5👎 + 5💩
