It's advertised as family friendly, however you can't guarantee how others will be dressed at the event. There is a park and splash pad and there are supposed to be events for kids and well.
Of course not! These people dress like modern savages. Coma leone, pride events are inappropriate for everyone.
The splash pad is on the north side of 90 next to the museum. As far as the marina goes I would not take my kids there it's not safe used to have my boat there. The best place to view fire works is at the small craft harbor. Or the beach buy the beau ravage
