TSA precheck- It is my understanding that with pre-check your were not required to remove your laptop. Does this apply to all or is it at the Airport's discretion?I Thanks

Just flew out of BTR today, with pre check. Had to remove my laptop

It is always at the airports discretion. Alot if the smaller airports I have flown from have you remove laptops with pre-check. I'm not saving it is only at small airports, it's just what I have noticed
