Let me add to your experience....Audi I find is horrible with their communication! They do what’s in the best interest of Audi, not the consumer! I have a maintenance plan that was purchased with the car and Audi will not honor this purchase with my 60,000 oil change after it has only been used two times and I have three maintenance agreements with them!! BAD BUSINESS!!!!
Audi isn't a luxury car, it's just overpriced polish. The sales people will lie to you in a heartbeat. My wife and I went in and bought a Q7 which we were told has adaptive cruise. Five days later when I can't figure out how to use it, I discover it's just standard cruise. I spoke to the sales person and he said either trade it in or learn to live with it. And this was after 5 days. I'll be getting a lawyer if the manager doesn't get me the vehicle I paid for.
