Horrible experience at this dealership! Warning to future customers who want to trade in their vehicles, the people at this dealership would give you very very low and unfair price for your car! Much below than KBB and other platforms! They want to price their cars to this crazy high prices on used car market but they don’t want to give money for your car accordingly to new market prices! Not honest! I changed 7 premium cars in last two years including Porsche Cayenne GTS, Mercedes, Lexus, Teslas and many more and never had this unfair treatment! Be aware their low balling practices and demand what if fair to you!

Let me add to your experience....Audi I find is horrible with their communication! They do what’s in the best interest of Audi, not the consumer! I have a maintenance plan that was purchased with the car and Audi will not honor this purchase with my 60,000 oil change after it has only been used two times and I have three maintenance agreements with them!! BAD BUSINESS!!!!
We are abiding by the mandate. All employees and guests wear masks. We have seating arranged with social distancing in mind. Further we have hand sanitizing stations throughout the sales and service side of the building with access for all guests.
