We took the bus which was 30 to 45 min depending on traffic. Boarded bus right across from campground and it took us right to canal st and an all day pass was only $3. Parking downtown is expensive.
Hello! We are approximately .7 (less than a mile) miles from I-10, then take I-10 West for about 3-4 miles, exit 235A, turn left and the French Quarter is on your left. If there is traffic, then it may take 20 minute, without traffic it is very quick.

Depends on traffic. 15 min to 35 min in rush hour. But its close as you get other than the expensive one which is about as long
From here you have access to freeways, in which can be about a twenty minutes drive to the French quarters
