They told me they don't take insurance but you might be able to send the bill to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
I don't know, but if I were you I would call them to check it out. The people at Art and Eyes are the nicest people my wife and I have done business with. We live in SC and go out of our way to get our glasses there.
