Yes
They do not comply with Service Animal policy of Americans with Disabilities Act. The Securit Manager, Laura Logan, stated Louisiana does not recognize ADA, federal law. She personally sought us out after we were checked 5 other times in 30 minutes by other staff. Laura completely humiliated my brother and myself by causing scene by escorting us through the crowd when in emotional distress. She insulted the dog, called him filthy, fake, tried to grab the lead and said he need to be caged in the car if we desired to stay. She asked about my Brother's disablility, when he said what he has she called his mental illness fake. To ask about ones disability is against the law. The lack of consistently with management and staff was horrible. They have been reported to ADA. I asked to be refunded since we had been there for 1 hour she refused, but gave us two complementary tickets I returnto other staff, when it was made perfectly clear we would not return without the Service Dog.
