If I want to get a real ID do I send in a check for my License before hand or do I go directly to the License Center . Also How do I get a Class A designation removed from my license and how much will I save by removing the Class A

You have to take the check personally into the license center DO NOT MAIL IT

Go down with check in hand, do not send it. Never had anything removed from my license, so I really can't answer that one.
