We went to the Detroit game and everyone tailgated...we were parked in the stadium parking lot by gate 2 and we tailgated, they just ask that you be responsible.
It is for football. I saw Guns n Roses there a couple weeks back and people were tailgating. It is allowed.

They do not allow tailgating, but often people will still do it as long as it doesnt get out of hand and its only in your parking spot and people aren't drunk or blasting music and they clean up after themselves they dont care
