No you cannot bring your own food/drinks. You can bring a back pack but I usually just wear a crossover bag with my essentials. No lighters or nail files though, cause you will get those taken away.
No..like they said, for maybe a private function but not for games, concerts etc
Not if you're attending an event in the main seating area. We just went to a dog adoption event where only the lobby was used. Then it is okay.
