We needed a replacement filter and o-ring for our hot tub. 2 other spa supply stores did not have them. Gary's had the exact size in stock and for about the same price as listed online. Plus they lubed the o-ring and replaced it on the cover for us to make sure it fit correctly.

We purchased a Jacuzzi hot tub from them, they delivered it, and drove off. They forgot the cover, came back and put it on and drove off again. The cover looked used, but we just wanted to use it so decidedit was not worth the fight. We filled it and nothing happened. Some came out and said our circuit board was shot. How? It's brand new! I purchased this for Father's day for my husband and they still have not fixed it or just given me one that actually works. Horrible service. Do not recommend. Once they get the sale, they do not care about you at all.
