Gates open an hour and a half before the game you can get to your seats an hour before the game usually
Not positive but i went to the sabres vs bruins game and they were opened at about 3:30 and we got to go to the seats at 4. Pretty sure its an hour before for your seats and a little earlier for the facility! Hope this helps
Normally, the rule of thumb is they allow you to your seat an hour before the game starts.
