I have been going for many years. I always have to wait two or more hours to be seen.
I've asked myself that same question. And how can there only be one person responsible for a job with no backup? She went on vacation for two weeks (which I know she deserves) but puts patients on hold for things they need until she returns. Not good business continuity.
