I saw a resident who was incredibly knowledgeable about my condition and quick to suggest and try new treatments. Unfortunately once she left, the attendings were unwilling to fill out the paperwork for the medication she prescribed for me a week before her residency was up. For the past 13 days I have been calling the office multiple times a week, speaking with receptionists and nurses about updates, and today was told that the attendings are unwilling to fill out the paperwork for my medication and to see a specialist instead (next appointment is 6 months out). This is unacceptable. I have been waiting on this medication for 3 weeks, have been in severe enough pain to ask them whether or not I should go to the ER, and was finally given a big middle finger. Very disappointed. Will not be returning.

My Dr. (Rebecca Waddlinger) is great - the administration is, however, terrible. Months to get into the patient portal, no responses to messages sent in the portal, closed on the weekends. Really not a very helpful or easy practice...

The amount of times the staff has been medically negligent since I have been a patient there is downright criminal. Sending someone else's files, straight up HIPAA violations, not sending correct scripts, doctor's taking inaccurate notes, never calling back. I have to constantly second guess them, and follow up to make sure they did their job. I truly and honestly have no idea how some of them still have jobs.
