I have several issue's with how family members was treated and not referred as should been left untreated ultimately did end deadly after sent to Baltimore and never heard from Dr again.

Very rude office manager and staff when their systems were down she was extremely rude her name is katilyn and she expects people to respect her when she doesn't give patients respect she is very rude the best person there is Christy and Adriana so by all means try to avoid any other staff when addressing any type of issue

We reside near this place. it always appear to be empty. we decided to call & make an appointment for the first time. Took them a long time before answering the phone. First question was what kind of Insurance we have. smh. We have insurance through our employer. Make it easier for people and post what kind of Insurance you do not accept. She placed me on hold came back, verified insurance first, then she scheduled the appt. This is an update. We took a chance going to Family Practice Center. The staff is great. They went above and beyond for us. The staff is great. I can’t complain. Highly recommend Family Practice Center

Been waiting outside for 2 1/2 hours for my girlfriend to get done at this place. They always make her see an intern first and she doesn't even get an actual Dr afterwards. It's a PA who can't help her with any of her problems. Waste of time!
