My husband and I stopped to visit the New WNY Visitor Center tonight about 6:30 pm. Why wasn't gift shop opened late on a Saturday night? ALSO, why isn't there a Snack machine or beverage machine available on site when the gift shop is closed?

Seems the hours are the same everyday if the week. Vending machines pass the bathrooms. I think this place is more a rest stop for travelers or truckers. Also, a port for electrical cars.

The store is open from 7-7 everyday. It doesn't really have much in the way of gifts. It's mostly food based. As the previous commentor said, there is a vending machine for food and coffee right past the bathrooms. The ATM is in that nook too.
