Yes its wheelchair accessible. There are two main doors one with no curb infront of it and it opens into the dining room other less accessible but still accessible is the bar entrance.
I think it may be possible, but the layout/multiple levels aren't designed with wheelchairs in mind.

Not really.... It's kinda a weird entrance, I believe there's a step to get in. And I believe that there are steps inside.
