Is it the stores policy to harass and make up false accusations and mentally and emotionally abuse customers who are disabled when returning with a receipt? Happened to me and my adult disabled son last week

I have never seen that happen before and I am at Target a lot. You should call their customer service number and report this or do it through their online contact form found on their website.
