I used to come here all the time cuz it was small and clean. The lady who worked here cleaned constantly. Now I walked in today there’s hair and an inch of dust and soap scum all over the machines the same two broken on my last visit are still broken. There’s dust on the disinfectant wipes if that isn’t a red flag idk what is.

I brought in a comforter to get cleaned & after putting in the soap, i started putting in the change, got 3.25 in the machine & then it wouldnt take anymore change. I got 50 cents back but am out 2.75 & no clean comforter. There was no attendant. Not happy!

I go here all the time and never had a problem until my clothes were not dry all the way. I told the worker and she was snotty. I asked for my money back so I could use another dryer and she gave me a attitude and told me to speak to the …I’m sorry you had that experience. When I talked to you today I wish you would have told me about the attendant. I would have helped you out today. I will talk to the attendant if you let me know what day you where here. Please everyone remember as the temperature gets colder outside all dryers will take a little longer to dry your cloths. This is because the dryers must use the cold fresh air from the outside to dry the clothes. The colder the air gets out side the longer it takes to dry. This is the same as your house. The colder your house is the longer it takes to heat your house up to room temperature 70 degrees. Please let me know what day you were here so I can fix the problem.
