I've called 3 times last 2 weeks asking for name of product, was told we'd be given. Gave name, phone #, Date of study, the number of the study as well as my panelist #. No one has returned my call. Is there a # for a supervisor I can speak to?

They do not provide any information about the products used during the testing. That is explained in the paperwork.
