John is the REAL DEAL! After diagnosing the issue with a Denon turntable I had just acquired, he helped me discover that I actually had a working chip in another turntable of mine that I could use to repair this one. After swapping the processors he got it back up and running perfectly. I cannot thank him enough and will be recommending him to everyone I know for repairs.
