I've had great experiences with the doctors. They truly have been great. However, the scheduling system is horrible. Making contact with someone over the phone is near impossible. Communication as a whole is extremely poor. The text message/email system doesn't sync correctly with appointments. You will be alerted to come in to pick up your prescription only to be told you need to make an appointment weeks later. The doctors are booked so full that appointments are sometimes a whole year out. The whole process seems more like a chore than standard medical care. All these things make this practice extremely inconvenient.

Started great, ended terribly. My original call to the office was very informative so I scheduled a Lasik exam. I ended up rescheduling and that's where the problems started. I kept getting email and phone calls for my original appointment date after repeatedly emailing/informing the office that I had rescheduled. While I waited for my rescheduled appointment date, I went out and had prescription safety glasses made (for work) because you aren't supposed to wear contacts for a few days before your exam. I then proceeded to wear them for 7 days, which gave me headaches every day, (because I wear contacts not glasses). On the way to my appointment, which was 45 minutes away, I called the office to let them know I was stuck in traffic and would be a few minutes late. The woman who answered the phone told me that wasn't a problem and that I had a 15 minute grace period, but that was it, 15 minutes. I arrived at their desk 13 minutes late, was told that my pre-check-in online wasn't enough and that I didn't have the proper paperwork with me. They didn't offer paperwork for me to fill out there and simply told me they couldn't see me and I would have to reschedule. That's it. They didn't try to fit me in or find out who told me about the 15 minute grace period. I was and still am beyond furious. I spent my time, money, energy and was genuinely excited and looking forward to correcting my vision and they seem as if could care less. What started out so great and could have been an amazing, life-changing experience, instead, left me utterly bewildered, wondering where it all went so wrong.

I would not recommend this eye group to anyone. The wait time is absurd. The push for glasses is ridiculous & calling to reach someone isn’t any better. It’s assembly line service/care

Terrible experience, I just wanted prescription for contacting lense, they asked me to try out with the their associated store and told me come back in a week. However the store never got the samples ready before second visit and they let me wait an hour during the second visit and told me I could not get the prescription because the sample is not ready. I didn't want to waste my time and had to try available samples that are not perfect for my eyes in order to get the prescriptions.

Yes, they also do lots of post surgery on Saturday. I think 0800 to at least 1 or 2. Also, Depends on the days ur Doc has office time.
