Why when I put a request on the FedEx app it is never honor. I put for my packages to be delivered by 3 p.m. and it is always way past this time when it is delivered. So why have the comment there.

Is this residential or is it commercial? The reason i ask is because if its residential making that accommodation is unreasonable. The route drivers, like myself, will deliver in your area when we are there and to have a single stop have a requested time would mean we would have to govback just to deluver your packages. Commercial on the other hand is set up via an account.
