What they will do is allow you to leave a message for her. They will get the message to her and she can then contact you. Rest assured, she will know and she is in excellent, caring hands. Absolutely, you can contact your daughter and she can contact you. We have specified hours when clients can use the phone. If she's in group, we'll take a message and then she can contact you. We understand how stressful it is having a child in treatment. Your daughter is in caring, trustworthy hands, and she will know how much you love and support her.
Also there are scheduled times daily for residents to make calls for personal or business.
