Bottom room clean, kitchenette, drrssing room, bathroom reasonable area.. Carprts clean, beds comfortable... Also handicap rooms available, Orthpedic beds, nicely set up. As far as dtugs and all that... I guess its how you approach people. And the way you act?? I help my mother and she enjoys the direct t. v., and privacy. A month runs 28 days, 750.00 tax and 50.00 deposit... Bteakfast and all. They have gone above and beyond, for her. THANK YOU AMERICOURT!
I personally didn't stay there, but my ex does. He said his rent was anywhere between 6-800 dollars a month. I personally would not invest in it, its super small, at least for me, the internet is spotty and it seems like cable is useless. But they do have a good Continental breakfast. do with that information as you will... Or, if you could travel to blountville, i have spare rooms. 300 per month
