I eat at this restaurant a few weeks a few weeks ago the wings were OK but not for the price. Our waitress was rude she had no idea how to be a waitress or no personality and when we ask for things she acted like we were bothering her this place is not worth going. I would recommend you go somewhere else And go to a place where they really appreciate your business it's not this place

Shane is the best manager and has some amazing waitresses. I asked if I could purchase some of their famous beer cheese and Shane immediately asked me what size I wanted. His waitress and himself turned my already great experience into one I will never forget. If you want excellent service and some great food, go support East Coast!

Went for dinner and our waitrees had the personality of a tree, food took over an hour to get cause their main consern was the people on the bar side. Food was not worth the price we paid. Made two trips in one here our first and last.

First time visitors and last time all at once. Sadly, we are all aware that the employee shortage and supply chain has affected even the best places. However... I do feel these problems run deeper here. The Kingsport location should close and do a FULL cleaning from top to bottom. Sticky everywhere, sauce on walls and seats and we sat near the kitchen that smelled rancid. The server was absolutely NO help suggesting things and seemed completely put out to be there. We decided to give it a shot even through that because we'd heard the wings were good. Ordered the feta dip and it came out runny and only had about 10 small pieces of pita to dip. Don't ask for more because they won't bring it. We ordered 2 orders of 10 wings each. I was very nicely surprised by the quality and size of the meat. The rest I could have definitely done without. Both of our "sauces" were incorrect yet we tried to just deal w it because of short staffing. Mine were so greasy that it was unappetizing. The sauces were under the wings and not all over either order. No celery or carrots or anything else. So strange. Anyway, we have decided to just stick with other places despite the highest hopes for this location. I do truly hope they close a bit and do a full on deep cleaning!!
