Scumbags wouldnt give my girlfriend with epilepsy a room or food vouchers after her flight was delayed and she had to be stuck for 8 hours.... never again with united airlines

There wheel chair & lost baggage claim service in Newark airport is extremely poor!! My experience today was horrible with the employees I was faced with it was my first time not tipping!! I had to "walk" by my self vs being wheeled as I should of out in my wheel chair to go mk a complaint about my lost luggage to the appropriate ppl

Bummer. Their wheelchair service was very good for me

We all feel your pain very poor service at united airlines. Never again
