I have some products in my cart, but I can't finish the process because I couldn't find the option "to pick up in the store", exactly the Google Store Chelsea. What can I do, or how I have to proceed ?

You should have option to ship or pickup at checkout. I placed an order for pickup and received ready for pickup email within one hour.

When you order from the Google Store, you'll choose a shipping method at checkout.
