Well my experiences has been they do get very busy but when you leave them a detailed message they will get back to you
They are pretty good as in following up with making appointments and they also give a courtesy calls informing you if your child appt.
There busy and with the storm resheduling but I agree, leave a detailed message and they will get back to you.
