Yes you can. You may have to wait longer than usual for licensure. Up to 90 days according to the board.

That is deoendant on several things. Firstly, yes it is possible. It deoends on the specific charge, how old the charge is, the nature ofnthe charge, if you have amy subsequent charges since the felony. But it is possible. You will need tonfile a declaratory order before you can start actual nursing school amd each case is different. Be comoletely honest with the TXBON. If you have amy questions let me know.

Don’t hold your breath. They will probably open an investigation which takes months on end. According to Diggs, head of the legal department in the last quarterly review he sited statistics from 2016: Over 2000 RNs requested reinstatement and 1000 of those nurses had waited a year or more. They are underfunded and unable to process important requests in a timely fashion.
