If you go in the main park entrance, the main fishing dock is off the shore in between the pavilions and the entrance to the Peninsula Trail. Very easy to spot.

Follow the trials . Quite a few locations to toss a line in at from the bank as well.
Fishing Dock is towards the bathrooms. Over to the right of the covered shelters and volley ball areas. Once you enter the park, stay straight and go to the picnic area. You'll go over a few speed bumps and pass over the mountain bike trail. You'll see the covered shelters and ball courts, once you pull into the parking lot. I believe there is a sign for boat launch/picnic area. Dock is down the bank, covered by trees.
