Lost my car i had just gotten & noe its gonna cost me another 135. At the dmv for fees then on top of that i have to go to court as well & pay more money? I wasnt trying to break the law..I had no insurance cause i fidnt have a vehicle til that day

If it wasn't insured at the time, it's still illegal. Getting proof of insurance is helpful but not a guarantee of having the charges dismissed. Contact a traffic law atty and they can assist you.

If its just a no insurance ticket, get a letter from insurance stating its insured..even if wasnt insured until now they will usually drop charges if you have paid all your dmv fees
