My question is for "Sunny": your wait staff bust their behinds to keep up and probably keep you in business, why don't you get them some help? Too many owners forget an old maxim: Good help IS really hard to find.

Good help IS hard to find. However this man busts his a** 80% of the time he is in this place alone and is your waiter, cook and cashier. He is an amazing person and cooks delicious food. He needs a pat on the back.
