Yes they sell and install water heaters but like the gentleman commented as well as i have heard from a few other people that the company will quote you on one price but will not honor it

Yes but don't trust any prices they give you....I have them on a recording agreeing to one price and then not honoring it

Is better to keep the thermostat at a constant 75 and raise it for showers to 77, then keep it there until it satisfies, then return it to 75. OR, is it more economical to keep it at 72, raise it to 77 when feeling chily, then return it to 72?
