I dont know if they do but you can always call their main line and it gives you the in information there
Probably so. Call our sales line and they will be able to ask you additional questions to confirm. We don’t sell gas ranges but can do the piping and installation for you. Call 803-323-5315
We will connect appliances if they are NEW. If you purchased a used appliance from someone else we will not be able to connect it for you. Be sure to have a licensed Heating & Air (HVAC) technician or plumber, certified in gas piping complete the installation for you. If you have additional questions, please call our sales department at (803) 323-5315.
Pipeline markers you might see on roadways are traditionally yellow. Natural gas pipelines are generally located along roadways, private property and in corridors or rights-of-ways. Markers are placed at regular intervals, where needed, to indicate the presence of a pipeline. These yellow markers are visible where pipelines intersect streets, railroads, streams or rivers, and in heavily congested areas. Gas pipes in your home may be different colors depending on their make-up - copper or other tubing could be copper, black or grey. If you are trying to identify your in-house piping you need to contact a certified and licensed plumber or hvac technician. Feel free to contact us for additional information. 803-323-5304
Yes they sell and install water heaters but like the gentleman commented as well as i have heard from a few other people that the company will quote you on one price but will not honor it
Yes, the line needs to be removed by us or a plumber certified in gas piping. Call us to schedule - 803-323-5304. Ask for Rebecca
Give our Customer Service Dept a call. Slab is more difficult but it’s likely the line can be extended. A rep may need to come out to see. Call 803-323-5304
Yes, contact our sales group for specifics on how that can be done. 803-323-5315
For the greatest efficiency, it's actually recommended to set your winter thermostat to 68°F and adjust it down when you sleep or leave your home for several hours. According to ENERGY.GOV - It's tempting to leave the thermostat on at a set temperature, so that the room is warm when returning home. Many assume this saves energy, because the heater won’t have to work as hard to heat the room to the desired temperature. It's actually more efficient to heat your home just as you need, which means turning the heat off or down when you leave the house, or setting your programmable thermostat to do so if you have one. Did you know that you can save around 10% on your heating bills by turning your thermostat back 10°–15° for eight hours? You need to call SC811. They will notify member utilities, including us, to have all underground utilities marked. From a cell phone in York County call 888-721-7877 to be sure you reach SC811 and not NC.
