No it's a resort style community with a boat marina, pool and pick-nick area great for families and events. I've had my boat there for years

The owner we met very nice gentleman. Indicated they purchase the vacation villas and place them on their property. Awesome place, friendly, and accomdating.great location and the lake is huge too. And I do believe you can contact them regarding purchase they can direct you to whom you can call. Good luck
