I'd ask a manager or someone.. I'm sure people do it all the time.. It's really up to you at your own risk..
Not sure, but Lowes shares a huge parking lot with other businesses there, including giant. I imagine you could leave a car there overnight with no issue
I'm not sure, but if I needed to do that, I would park on the furthest spot out. I've seen some parking lots that have been cleaned and vacuumed by big street cleaner vehicles at night when the lots are clear and I don't know if they do that or not. I would call Lowe's and ask.
