No it isn't, but there is great outdoor seating, great food and live music. I would highly recommend them. If you are interested in oceanfront there are only a couple restaurants that are Waterfront on pleasure island - Ocean Grill & Tiki Bar, Carolina Smokehouse, Hurricane Alley (more a bar but has food). You also have Sharkies and Stoked that are on the water, but not the ocean.
Good place to eat and drink though.

No unfortunately there is a Hotel between the cafe and the ocean.
It's a block back from the ocean.
