There is a special line to the left of the main line for those with handicaps, club tickets, and bags that is usually very open and quick so you wouldnt have to stand in the larger line with everyone else. As far as the nebulizer i would assume it would depend on the type of machine and/or treatment. If its a oxygen tank it may be more involved than a portable machine that can be carried on your person.
