Some are, some aren't.
Some are and some aren't but you always have the option of going inside and watching the game
Some are cover some are not but all club seat patrons have the option to go inside the club level and watch the game on one of the many HD flat screens if they are cold or if it rains. Also it is the only floor you can get hard liquor on.
