If I bring binoculars, can they be in their own case?

You can walk with your binocular in the case that won't be a problem. But the view is great from the upper deck.

I think you can. They are somewhat picky about what you bring into stadium. I do know they have "clear bag policy." Max. size is 12×12×6. They also have a no umbrella policy. Pancho's only.

Sorry I don't know, the seats are so good even in upper deck, I didn't need them. You could call them or check the website.
