My African Gray (12 years old) sometimes has his dropping stuck to his vent. It is not all the time. Should we be concerned?

Yes you should absolutely be concerned. I would do exactly what the other person told you to do and get your bird to a vet.

I am also a customer. This is all about fresh and appropriate food and water and the bird's nutrition. I would consult a vet and be sure to bring a sample of the birds stool to rule out parasites or other things they check for.
