I stumbled across this store on a road trip a long time ago and recently started ordering from their online store. I don't have enough words of kindness toward their customer service. Not only is there rarely errors in their orders but the one time I had an issue it was resolved immediately. They have super fast shipping as well as amazing prices on items you can't easily get elsewhere. We are happy customers and order all our toys and snacks here.

Questions & Answers

Are the birds breeders or rescues that are for adoption? I hope to fly/drive to your area to buy a bunch of toy supplies then at some point a cage. Then maybe a Macaw, I wanna get a rescue as I want to open my heart to birds who need homes.

Masking, sanitizing, all who enter must sanitize hands and clothing with provided sanitizer. Pretty standard practice for them, considering they've always required hand sanitation for bird handling.
